Terms & Conditions:	Terms of Service when you Join Now Parties to this Agreement This agreement is by and between Community Enabler Pty. Ltd. trading as Cagora.com and all visitors and registrants to this site. For terms of this agreement and Policy Statements, Community Enabler Pty. Ltd., Community Enabler and Cagora.com shall herein after be referred to as Cagora. Visitors and registrants to the Cagora site (http://www.cagora.com and replicated domains of that root URL) hereby acknowledge and understand that the Cagora site is designed to provide information on, and registration for, a Community program (herein after described as the Cagora Community) as described on the Cagora site. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy and if you are an Affiliate, the privacy of your prospects as well. All of Cagora's information is completely confidential and fully protected against unauthorized access. Cagora will NEVER sell, rent, lease, trade or give away your contact information (name, email address, mailing address, phone number, etc.). If you are an Affiliate, your lead's or prospect's details are also confidential and protected. Cagora uses the information that you provide and we collect from you, solely for the purposes of delivering and improving our services to you, verifying your account, corresponding with you, resolving problems that you may encounter, and for importation into the Cagora Community Program. Cagora does record your IP address, but for the sole purpose of ensuring that we can indentify the details of computers that mightbe creating non family friendly content or creatying other problems for the members of the communities we serve. Refund Policy Cagora has a 3 day cooling off period for all our products whereby if you change your mind, we will give you a refund with no questions asked. After this 3 day period, our money back guarantees apply. All our products have money back guarantees, provided you give them a fair try. If for some reason the products do not meet your expectations after you have tried them, we will give you your money back, extend the term of the products, or otherwise provide you with a fair and equitable benefit that compensates you in way that ensures a win-win situation for all involved. Copyright Policy Our very strict Copyright Policy requires that you agree to only post materials on the Cagora network that are in the public domain, that you have ownership rights for, that you have written permission from the person who owns the copyright for, or where the copyright is explicitly disclaimed. Family Friendly Policy To help offer a safe and positive environment for you, other members and visitors to Cagora no matter what their age, we maintain the right to remove any content that is deemed to be non family friendly, according to the criteria in our Family Friendly Policy. Please note we also maintain the right to remove any member’s account (membership) who repeatedly contributes content that has been deemed to be non family friendly according to this Policy. Advertising Policy You agree to use only Cagora approved advertising materials which can be found on the Cagora website under ‘Advertising Materials’. We do welcome your suggestions for other advertising materials other than that listed on the Cagora website, but you must obtain written approval by Cagora Management prior to using those materials. Member Contact Information You agree to ensure that your contact information is current and accurate. As noted in our Privacy Policy above, your information is used only to communicate with you about Cagora, and for the operation of the Cagora Community. SPAM Policy Our SPAM Policy is simple but extremely firm: Cagora.com, Community Enabler Pty. Ltd. and their related bodies maintain strict zero-tolerance to SPAM. The following SPAM-related situations are totally unacceptable according to this Policy, and you agree not to engage in any of them: - Incorrect email address. If you change your email address, make the edits IMMEDIATELY on your Profile Page. - Marketing Cagora via mass email. Whilst we warmly encourage you to spread the word about Cagora, unsolicited emailing is not tolerated. - Using mailing lists created from people submitting their sites to Search Engines and FFA sites using automated software. Beware that many ‘Safelists’ or ‘Opt-In’ lists for sale on the Internet have been obtained this way. - Mass fax broadcasts - Attempting to solicit potential members in forums, chat rooms or bulletin boards on the Internet by mentioning Cagora or any of its products or services as a conversation starter or without agreement from the other person(s) to engage in discussion with you. -Setting up web forwarding to your affiliate website to divert somebody from a site where they would expect to find different products or services - Sending unsolicited mail from any account that mentions Cagora or one of our related bodies corporate, or includes any of our website addresses (or any of our Project Partners or their website addresses) in the body of the message Please note you may include a signature file to your posts in other communities, provided: - The terms and services of that community permit signature files - The post you make is a meaningful contribution to that community and not just an excuse to have your signature link there We reserve the right to add any other forms of spam to our ‘unacceptable’ use list. If you violate this Policy and it causes damage or loss to our servers, or causes one (or more) of our web sites to be interrupted from normal service, you agree that you will be held liable for all costs, damages and loss of business.
